A: Prices are based on (1) the number of words to be translated, (2) the deadline, and (3) text difficulty, i.e. whether it is standard language or a technical text.

A: If your request is urgent or you are in a hurry, check this box in our quote request form and we will give it top priority.

Q: I filled in your online form but I did not get a feedback. When will I hear from you?

A: We usually answer requests within 24 hours. In the unlikely event you would not hear from us within this time frame please call or email us.
